translators request

Hi, I am a student in social sciences and I have no knowledge in programming (coding). I started reading on the way to create translators and lost myself very quickly in all this...

I would like to know if it's possible to ask the community if anyone would be willing to create a translator for the Eureka.cc database which references and indexes newspaper articles. If so, where should I make that kind of request?

Can you give a specific URL? Does the database require a subscription to access?

Though I'm afraid this looks like a paywalled database that I at least don't have access to.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, this is effectively a paywalled database, but most universities subscribe to it. Here is the URL: http://eureka.cc/en

Try contacting the folks here: http://zotero.hypotheses.org/
I don't have access to the site and it looks like it may be principally French even if an English version exists.
