How can I cite a panel discussion in Zotero

I want to cite a panel discussion with several contributors happened in a conference. I could not find anything closer than presentation in Zotero. I would appreciate the help

Thank you
  • I am not sure, but the type Interview should be sufficient.
  • Presentation would be most appropriate (this type is for all manner of unpunished presentations, of which a panel discussion is one). Enter “Panel discussion” in the Type field.

    Are there specific formatting issues you are having? What style are you using?

    @bwiernik
    Presentation with type "panel discussion" seems to be perfect with APA style. I was using Elsevier - Vancouver style and with that one the bibliography does not give any information about the panel discussion. Do you know if I can use APA style in the bibliography but with numbers in the text as in Vancouver?
  • What format do you expect it to look like in the Vancouver style? What journal are you submitting to? Do you have a link to the relevant journal guidelines?
  • I am actually writing my master thesis not for a journal. That is why I am not super familiar with the styles. I worked with APA style in previous works but in the thesis it looks too chaotic. That is why I want to use numbers within the text as in Vancouver. Here is how the reference looks like in the bibliography when using APA;

    Kedia, G., Subash, G. ., & David, W. (2017, September). Biogas in India. Panel Discussion presented at the IFAT India 2017, Mumbai Exhibition Center.

    and in Vancouver;

    [27] Kedia G, Subash G., David W. Biogas in India 2017.

    I would like to see it as informative as in APA but with numbers in the text
  • Here is a numeric version of APA that I sometimes use for grant applications or other submissions with tight word/page limits:

  • @bwiernik Thank you soo much! That is exactly what I want.
