Upgrade StorageAutomatically rename PDFs based on metadata
Is there a way to have Zotero automatically rename PDFs based on metadata, rather than having to right click and select to do so? I've seen several discussion threads on this but no ultimate answer. Do I need to get an add on for this?

adamsmithZotfile (www.zotfile.com) does this more aggressively than Zotero, which only auto re-names PDFs when they're imported along with the metadata.
