When I duplicate an item X1, it creates an item X2. If X1 was "Related" to Y, then X2 is "Related" to Y, but when I look at the "Related" items under Y, it only shows X1 and not X2. I think that this behaviour has recently changed.

Is there somewhere to report this problem, and also to ask that any asymmetrical "Related" relations be corrected so that both halves of the relation exist?
