when i try to insert a citation word stop working, and zotero send me a message that says: "the remote procedure call failed"

it doesnt happen in new document, but if i try to save it to diffrent name its happening again

I have the same problem. After trying to add a reference in a text in Word, Word stopped working and I received the following error message: "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. The remote procedure call failed (cursorInField:document.cpp)." Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
