Hello,

I have a problem with Zotero and the creation of a footnote.
When I have selected a reference in my library, there is the message: Zotero experienced an error updating your document ; this and single not defined.
However, it is the same reference as used in the whole document.

    You should upgrade to Zotero 5.0. If you're still having trouble after upgrading, let us know.

    After the upgrade the error remains. and there was not such trouble two days ago, working in the same document and with the same reference

    The "Check for Updates" button in Zotero doesn't currently push the Zotero 5.0 upgrade (it's being rolled out slowly). Download Zotero 5.0 from http://zotero.org/download

    (The "Check for Updates…" option in Zotero Standalone 4.0 does push 5.0. This is Zotero for Firefox, so JIL 90 needs to install Zotero 5.0 and the Zotero Connector for Firefox.)

    they ask me to do a manual data directory... and this doesn't work.... means I don't know what to do

    I have now the recommanded data directory, but it doesn't work in my word document.... do i have to do a change for the word connection?

    I think i have now the upgrade because there is a change in my task bar... I have no more the Z to enter in my library....

    Hi, folks. I am attempting to download Zotero-5.0.21_setup.exe to correct a "this.and.single is undefined" error that just started today. I have attempted the download three times on three different browsers. The download gets about 2/3 done and just stops. Any suggestions?
    Update: IE allows resume and I got to 100%. We'll see if the download installs.
    That took care of it.

    (We've fixed this error generating bibliographies in Zotero 4.0.29.23 — it was due to a change in Firefox 56 — but we still recommend upgrading to Zotero 5.0.)
