standalone note lost

hey
i realized now i probably deleted by mistake a standalone note created and deleted about 2 days ago. at that point, i still used the older version (which didn't have the Trash folder). any possible way i can recover it?

If you've already closed firefox, it is likely too late. If you haven't closed firefox, you might be able to use zotero.sqlite.bak:

thanks a lot! unfortunetaly, i closed it already. hopefully won't happen again.
