Trying to contact applicants for a public, Closed Membership group. When I click on applicants user name, it takes me to a page with an option to send message. When I select that, I get a "page not found" message. We would like to touch base with these applicants to verify the legitimacy of their membership requests, but cannot figure out how to do so.
