message error on the date base while trying to update

after uptade to 5.0.17 (standalone)
the soft said that it cannot update the data base (base de donnée en français)
and after a bit it closes
the error ID is 635011810
it seems to work fine with the firefox extension

galanoright indeed I had something wrong around there some backup by windows dratistically reduced the memory...now it works fine thank you for your help
