Live customer service or chat service for Zotero

From what I know Zotero Forums is the ONLY place to ask Zotero related issues. Is there a plan to have cost-based Zotero support via phone or chat in future?

No. But you'll usually get a response here very quickly.

Make sure you have synced Zotero successfully

and make sure that you actually have joined the group and are syncing with the same account with which you have joined the group.
