Cannot renew subscription

Hi,

I am currently on a year-long 2GB subscription, which will expire on Nov 6 and not be renewed automatically. I would like to renew this subscription manually, but the 'renew or upgrade storage' button takes me to a page without a radio button next to '2GB' - I can only select 6GB or 'unlimited'. There must be a way of renewing my subscription without upgrading it to the triple space/cost. What am I missing?

  • I have pretty much the same problem right now. My current plan expires on the 15th of September and I would like to pay 20$ again for another 2GB/year. But right now I can only select 6GB or unlimited storage for a higher cost.

    Automatic renewal is set to off. I also tried to set it to "on" just to see what happens, but then I only get "Sorry, there was a problem during checkout[...]". (which is another problem, but I mention it here for completeness).
  • We only make immediate charges if you're within 14 days of expiration. Otherwise we just schedule the renewal (or update your expiration if you're changing your storage plan).

    When you try to enable renewal do you have a chance to fill in your payment details? If not then it's probable that the checkout javascript is being blocked by your browser or your network.

    And you are also right that there was a problem with the JavaScript being blocked. In this case Ghostery recognized the Stripe script as a tracker which is of course a false positive. I whitelisted Stripe and then it worked.
