Double citation and uncomfortable method of citation

I feel more comfortable using the mode of citation in zotero old version. I also fail to make more than 1 citation for an issue.

    Nothing changed in citation mode in Zotero 5. What do you mean exactly.

    Adam, I have two kinds of view of zotero in word depend on the kind of "word symbolized file" in "instaled" folder of zotero installation folder in C directory. One of them shows similar view with your link, which doesn't work. The other I think is like the very old view of zotero which does work but uncomfortable like what I said.
    Another problem, when I open new tab of word, zotero add in does not started otomatically.

    Libor, I must tick the selected reference in zotero library rather than tipe the title or author in zotero rectangle view appears in my document. I can't tick more than 1 reference.

    sorry, I don't follow. Might be easier if you don't translate terms, but as LiborA says, nothing about this has changes,something appears to not be working as it should
