Having trouble syncing my Zotero online Webdav library with a newly formatted PC. Debug ID is D162197474

I'm not seeing any errors in there. What's the issue, exactly?

I have my library documents syncing to a Yandex WebDAV library that was setup via another machine/Zotero instance. When Zotero is setup on a new machine the file attachments are not all synched (Zotero says it can't find many of the files).
