Error in Firefox

    I have been using Zotero for many years using firefox on Windows and then on Mac (on microsoft word). Today, when I tried, I could open my library for few minutes. Then it said that there was an error. So I downloaded zotero for mac on firefox and downloaded the connector. But it still says the same.

    I even tried downloading the chrome version. But I am getting the same message on firefox. Where can I get any advice?

    When I went through the comments of others, I realized that zotero 5.0mis a standalone version. So, I went back and downloaded the 4.0.
    And it works fine.

    I'm not sure what error you're referring to, but you'll need to upgrade to Zotero 5.0 and the Zotero Connector for Firefox in the near future, as Zotero 4.0 for Firefox won't continue to work. If you're getting an error in 5.0, we'd want to know more details.
