Scaffold not working Firefox v 54

I am having difficulties getting Scaffold to work with Firefox v.54.0.1 on Windows.I have reinstalled Scaffold but to no avail.

Any clues as to what might be the problem?

Where are you installing Scaffold from and what's not working? It works for me.

i.e. 3.2.3 from here: https://github.com/zotero/scaffold/releases/tag/v3.2.3 and what exactly isn't working? Note that this will only work with Zotero 4 (or with a git install of Zotero 5 on a dev or unbranded build of Firefox)

I think you have answered the question. I am using Zotero 5 with the latest Firefox - two reasons why it doesn't work - is this a correct conclusion?

I have just answered my question - just installed Zotero 4 on Firefox and it works

Essentially yes. Scaffold currently needs Zotero for Firefox to work and that just doesn't exist (regularly) for version 5. It's possible to build a version that runs in Firefox (see here for details: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/zotero-dev/dBcsCZrzE8Y) but you'll note it's not entirely trivial. I actually just run Zotero 4 in a separate Firefox profile to run Scaffold currently (and you can do that in the most recent version of Firefox).
