Add MLA 8th edition by default

Can the MLA 8th edition be added as a default citation style option? I know some people still prefer the 7th edition, but the 8th has been out long enough that academic programs have adopted it as their standard. I'm a librarian, and I find myself consistently helping students add this latest version of a widely-used style.

We're planning to make this change in the central CSL style repository (so the Zotero developers won't have to do a thing), per https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/issues/2763.

FYI, the MLA 8 CSL style hasn’t been updated for a year, so I suspect any bugs/new peculiarities have been worked out.

There's I believe an outstanding issues with how to handle dois in MLA 8 that we should talk about. Otherwise, I think now is about the right time to flip the styles, yes.
