linking problem

I completed all my citations and they seem they are right,exact and clean but when i click on one of the citations, for example on number 5, it doestnt go to the reference number 5 at the end of my word document. what should i do ? and i am in an emergengy cituation. please help me .

    If I understand correctly, you'd like to hyperlink the in-text citations to the corresponding references in the bibliography.
    Zotero cannot do that, but a user (@cjac1) posted a macro here (I don't know if it's working correctly).
