Browser connector not able to save pdfs from EBSCO 'full text finder'
My zotero is able to pick up files and meta-data from ebsco -discovery.
But, it is not able to pick up them when I open an article from 'Full Text Finder' in Ebsco. Only save snapshot feature is available.
Url of the link opened from 'Full Text Finder' is
http://resolver.ebscohost.com/openurl?sid=EBSCO:edselp&genre=article&issn=09596526&ISBN=&volume=122&issue=&date=20160520&spage=240&pages=240-251&title=Journal of Cleaner Production&atitle=An empirical exploration of the role of strategic and responsive corporate social responsibility in the adoption of different Green IT strategies&aulast=Bohas, Amélie&id=DOI:10.1016/j.jclepro.2016.02.029

Actually, it directs only to an article titled "An empirical exploration of the role of strategic and responsive corporate social responsibility in the adoption of different Green IT strategies" through sciencedirect.
I don't know whether that initial parts 'http://resolver.ebscohost.com/openurl?sid=EBSCO' creates the problem.
How can I share a screenshot.
Zotero connector is able to get pdf as shown in first fgure, when I am in ebsco discovery.
I click the 'Full text finder' link shown in yellow and move to url posted above. Then, I get only screenshot option.
Thanks a lot for your help.
EDIT: What happens if you click on "open the page in new windows" in the yellow box on the top of the page on picture 2?
When I click on that link it takes to science direct page (zotero_4.png in dropbox). I can use zotero connector from that page too.
I am also attaching page source in the dropbox.

For sometime, pdf downloading my sciencedirect is not working for me. Only reference details are downloaded. What should I do for this?
Thanks
The problem with ScienceDirect is something different as mentioned Dan.
I may raise the issue with Ebscohost through institute administrator remove iframes.
I will wait for the fix for science direct.
Again thanks
Praveen
This one's a bit tricky for us, though. The problem is that 5.0 disables translator detection on iframes for performance reasons, and while we can set exceptions, the translator that actually needs to trigger in this case is the translator in the iframe (ScienceDirect in this case, but presumably that could be anything). But the way we've implemented this, the exception just triggers detection for that translator — in other words, it can cause the EBSCO translator's detection to run in all iframes on that site, but not the ScienceDirect translator's detection. We'll see if we can come up with a solution here. In the meantime, clicking to open the frame in a new tab is the best workaround.
Now after the page with "open the page in new windows" in the yellow box on the top the directly goes to the article page.
Thanks a lot for all your help
