———, ———, instead of author names in bibliography
Even if not specified in the CSL, some names are not displayed correctly in the bibliography. Instead something like this happens:
——— and ——— (2008), “Service-Dominant Logic: Continuing the Evolution,” Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, 36 (1), 1–10.
Another example:
———, Ola Henfridsson, and Kalle Lyytinen (2010), “The New Organizing Logic of Digital Innovation: An Agenda for Infor-mation Systems Research,” Information Systems Research, 21 (4), 724–35.
——— and ——— (2008), “Service-Dominant Logic: Continuing the Evolution,” Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, 36 (1), 1–10.
Another example:
———, Ola Henfridsson, and Kalle Lyytinen (2010), “The New Organizing Logic of Digital Innovation: An Agenda for Infor-mation Systems Research,” Information Systems Research, 21 (4), 724–35.
(this should only happen in CSL styles that use "subsequent-author-substitute")
