Problem with Ovid based site

Having problem with articles from Ovid - for example the following URL - "http://ovidsp.tx.ovid.com/spa/ovidweb.cgi?&S=JMHJFPOGPCDDMCMJNCGLNEJJONGAAA00&Abstract=S.sh.15.16.18|26|1".
The zotero sensing icon does appear on the address line, but when clicking it, only an empty brown box opens at the bottom right of the page and nothing is captured.
Any idea or solutions ?

    I do not have any solution but the same problem myself. The icon appears, even the box to choose between different references, but after clicking it's just the same empty brown box, nothing else.
