Installation error when installing Zotero 5.0 for Mac

I tried an "install over" of 5.0 over 4.0 as well as a new install and I got this error message:

There was an error starting Zotero.

Zotero in unuseable at this point. Thoughts.

    Sorry about that — looks like you have an old search with some empty collection conditions, which was breaking things. This should be fixed in the latest 5.0 Beta and will be fixed in 5.0.4, which should be out by tomorrow. (If you install the beta now, you can switch back to 5.0.4 when it comes out.)

    Thanks, Dan. As always, not complaining just noting. I know you guys have done amazing work for this iteration of Zotero. I watch the developer forums and while I may not understand the technical issues, I do get the essence of the complexity of this version. I am grateful. Keep on.

    5.0.4 is now available with this fix, so if you installed the beta, you can switch back to the release version if you prefer.
