Word file freeze

Hi,
When I want to edit or even refresh citation in my word file, the file freeze and have to quit and open again.
I am using Mac .

    This isn't normal behavior for that few references in a document. What version of Zotero, Word, and the Zotero Word add-in are you using? Is the problem the same when you try to insert a reference into a new empty document? And does it persist after restarting your computer?

    I have a similar problem, add a new citation (sometimes) result in the crash of Word in the document about 40 pages. I use Zotero beta 202 in Windows 10, Word 2010. The problem I see on my private computer and on a workstation in my job too.

    I restarted my computer and opened a new word file, tried to add a new citation, but still the same problem.

    I still have the problem, I couldn't fix it.
