Why are only some(!) of my doi's or URL's not exporting to Bibliography?

Hi, would anyone have a clue, why only some(!) of my document's doi's or URL's are not exporting to Bibliography and how to fix it? I need all documents in Zotero with available doi (and if not doi then URL) consistently show up in Bibliography (MS Word). Thanks in advance for any tips!

    If you use APA and have books with DOIs, then they need to be entered into the extra field.

    For example:
    Extra: DOI: 10.1007/978-3-531-90171-8

    beyond that we'd need more details -- like is the data in Zotero, what citation style, what's an example of a citation that doesn't show the URL/DOI
