Can't insert citation (Zotero 4.0.29.17/Word 2010)

    Hi, for the past week, I have not been able to insert a citation or create a reference in my dissertation. I have installed the most recent Mozilla plug-in, I am using Zotero standalone 4.0.29.17 (x86en-US), I am using Mozilla Firefox 53.0.3 (X86en-US), I am using Microsoft 2010. When I click on the add/citation or insert bibliography tab, nothing happens. This problems occurs in a new document as well as an existing document.

    I assume you've tried restarting your computer? Have you tried re-installing the Word add-on from the "Cite" tab of the Zotero preferences?

    yes, I have, at least 5 times already.

    Could you create a Debug ID for clicking Insert Citation in Word?

    well, now zotero is working again.
