Rename (combine) tags with drag and drop

WIth large collections, it would be useful if user could drag a tag in the tag selector and drop it over another tag to combine these tags. This would greatly speed up removing tags that are just variations of one tag.

    With a warning dialog that might work, but you can merge tags currently by right-clicking and renaming from the old name to the new name.

    This is how I am currently doing it, but it is a bit slow to switch between mouse and keyboard to rename tags with names that already exist.

    A warning dialog would definitely be needed.

    This would be similar to above, and probably harder to implement, but if there were a "tag cleaner" function (something that finds duplicate tags - such as 'Marxist' and 'Marxist.') would be extremely useful.
