Paid for upgrade storage but got error warning

Hello. I paid for 2GB upgrade storage but suddenly an error warning appeared after I made the payment. No increase in storage though and after I refreshed it automatically logged out. Then after logging in again an error warning appeared. How do I know Zotero has received the payment or not?
  • What you see on the https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage ?
    There is info about your plan and also the payment invoice if the payment was successful.
  • I don't receive any payment invoice and the plan still the free, 300 MB. I guess the payment was unsuccessful.

    It doesn't look like your payment went through — I think you tried right as we were performing a bit of maintenance. Sorry about that. Try again now and it should work. (You can obviously check your credit card to make sure there aren't two payments and let us know if there are, but I don't see any record of a charge on our end.)
