Hi, when I switched Zotero on this morning it took a long time to start and the far left pane that usually displays the bibliographic information is empty except for a brief summary eg '3 items in this view'. The other panes are populated as normal. I did put a lot of new material on Zotero yesterday while at the library . The red button is saying this has not yet synced. I would welcome any suggestions. I also wonder if it is okay to do a backup of the Zotero (that resides on my C drive) while it is in this state? Warm regards, Karen
