Zotero for Firefox vs. Zotero Standalone for importing EndNote references

Dear Zotero community,

I have a library of thousands of EndNote references I would like to import into Zotero. Is the process the same for importing to either Zotero version? With thousands of references will I need to buy storage to perform the import? Can storage be purchased on either Zotero for Firefox or Zotero Standalone?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

    It's exactly the same for Firefox & Standalone. The Firefox-only version is going away soon, though, so I'd recommend just going with Standalone if you're starting now.

    No, you don't need to buy storage to import. You only need storage to sync attached files to the server and between different machines.
