Lost my library

Hi, my computer died and now I logged in via web but see no items in my library? When I made the set up, I check for sync and it worked. I have hand no red allerts by the sync bottom and assumed all was fine. Am I looking in the wrong place?

    Either sync didn't work or you synced with a different account. A lot of people have two different accounts without noticing.

    You don't have a back-up of your old hard disk?

    Is the computer not working because of any reason, or has the harddisk (or SSD) crashed?

    If the harddisk is alive, you can gain access to the library by plugging the harddisk to a new computer - but if you don't know how to do this, you should ask a friend who knows.
