Zotero Chrome plus standalone - number of citations not transferring from google citations

HI
Can anyone help. When I transfer references from google scholar into Zotero, the number of citations isn't showing up in the extra's field. Is there a setting field I am missing or does this only work in the firefox set up?

    This has never been something that imported. It's a plugin https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/zotero-scholar-citations/

    I think it will install & work in standalone, but not sure.

    Gentle warning. There is a problem with Google Scholar citations counts. Single citations may be double, triple, (or more) counted. Also, while I would expect GS to be more comprehensive than, say, Web of Science; the WoS listings for an article often show citations that GS omits. (Although, because WoS somewhat restricts the journal sources, GS may have cites not included in WoS.) GS is a great index, less good as a direct source for downloading metadata, and an only-slightly-better-than-poor standard for bibliometry.
