Upgrade StorageEmpty sync conflict boxes seem useless
Today I had a sync conflict and when I click to resolve, got this useless dialog:

It seems like this should not be happening, or if it is by design it's unclear what this is supposed to communicate.

adamsmithThis looks like it shouldn't be happening but it'd seem to be an empty note vs. a deleted note.
