Upgrade StorageCan't install
I just downloaded FF 3.07 and tried to install Zotero. I restarted FF and there is no logo showing up. I am not getting an error message. I went to Tools/Add-ons/extensions and it says that Zotero will install when FF is restarted, but I restart and nothing happens.

scoobysnacks5390Nothing here worked. I deleted the Real Player because that might have been blocking it. I also deleted the corrupted files and restarted FF. Everytime I did that, I had to reinstall Zotero and follow the same pattern all over again.

noksagtDoes this mean that you were not using Firefox previously? Do you have other Add-ons besides Zotero?Does this mean that you continue to get the same message that Zotero will install when FF is restarted?

dstillmanThis isn't really a Zotero issue, so you might want to take this up in the Mozilla forums. But you should look in the 'extensions' folder in your Firefox profile and delete anything in there, and then reinstall Zotero.
