All titles disappeared

I've been using Zotero for Firefox for years without any problems. I now find that in the Zotero drop down box, the library structure is in place but there are no titles. I have checked online and my library is there. In Word, the Zotero integration still works normally. I have made a copy of the Zotero folder with the sqlite files. I have removed the Zotero add-in and reinstalled Zotero - no effect. I have manually re-synced - no effect. What next?

    Make sure you're running Firefox 53, not Firefox 54 Beta.

    Beyond that, can you provide a Report ID?

    Was on 54 beta. Reverted to 53 and now all fine.
    Will this problem reoccur when Firefox does its next automatic update?

    If you were auto-updated to Firefox 54, you somehow were on a beta release track for Firefox. Zotero ensures compatibility with current browser releases, but it's not that rare for it to not be compatible with alpha or beta releases.

    (That said, Zotero 5 will only exist as a connector to Standalone on all browsers, including Firefox, and that should be much less likely to break including in beta releases of browsers).
