I am also getting constant sync conflicts, but am using 4.0.29.15 . This just started to occur yesterday. It doesn't matter how many times I go through the conflict resolution process - when Z is booted I get the same 29 conflicts. Both standalone and Firefox are affected.

@adamsmith Seems to have spontaneously resolved today. Started Z and no issues. Completely different behaviour - no sync issues at all.
