Error saving from Chrome and Firefox

    I have almost the same problem...
    If I push Zotero button, both with Chrome and Firefox, a window appears "An error occurred while saving this item. Check Known Translator Issues for more information".
    I checked there and I updated chrome and firefox, but it still doesn't work.
    I went to the "extension window" of Chrome and says ID error: 900544989.
    What could I do?Thanks a lot.

    ps. I have Zotero Standalone 4.0.29.11
    pps. is there someone who speak a bit italian?

    Can you provide an example URL where this occurs? (Note that this isn't related to the issue in the other thread.)

    OK, that's just an error with the translator for that site — probably because of a change to the site's page structure. Someone will have to look into it to see what the issue is.
