Upgrade StorageReplace "(author, year, p. 1)" for "(author, year: page)"

I'd like to change citation, to replace "(author, year, p. 1)" for "(author, year: page)" without "p." and with two dots instead of a comma.
Example: (Atria, 1998, p. 1) for (Atria, 1998: 1).
