Importing References from .odt File?

Dear all,

I recently deleted my Zotero library by accident. I was wondering whether it is be possible to automatically import all zotero references that are present in an .odt document. (I'm using LibreOffice version 5.3.1.2)

    You can try to use this tool: http://rintze.zelle.me/ref-extractor/
    You have to do these steps:
    1. In LibreOffice verify or change your citation to bookmarks
    2. Save your document as MS Word document (.docx)
    3. Open your document in MS Word and change citations from bookmarks to fields
    4. Use tool mentioned above

    Thanks for the response LiborA. I don't have MS Word installed on my system, but I will try it when I get home. Are there no similar tools for .odt documents?
