New Hart's Rules Style not correct
The New Hart's Rules Style is not quite correct. Instead of using Ibid. It defaults to inserting author's last name and short title. Is there a way to get this changed?
This is a very popular style for academics and students in the humanities in the UK.
Thanks.

Thanks.
When I RTF scan a document it defaults to British single quotation marks for titles within journal articles:
e.g. Karen H. Jobes, 'Relevance Theory and the Translation of Scripture,'
This is the correct behaviour because it's a British style.
However, when I use the Zotero add-on for Word 2016 Mac. It defaults to the US double quotation marks:
e.g. Karen H. Jobes, “Relevance Theory and the Translation of Scripture,”
In fact there is yet another anomaly.
On RTF scan I correctly get:
... Journal of the Evengelical Theological Society 50/4 (2007): 76.
for the volume/issue number.
On the Word add-on I incorrectly get:
... Journal of the Evengelical Theological Society 50, no. 4 (2007): 76.
for the volume and issue number.
Any clue why this is happening, and why there is difference between the Word add on and RTF scan?
