Upgrade Storagegroup owner no longer with organization
A former employee created a few groups outside the official organizational owner (the one who pays). One of the groups she created is over storage capacity, so I need change ownership to the organizational account. However, it is in her zotero name, so I don't have access to the account to initiate the transfer. Is there anything I can do?

Best practice moving forward is to have a separate account owned by your organization with at least two people knowing the login details be the owner of the account/purchaser of the storage space.
