Style Request: [Journal of the American Heart Association]

Hi!

There are several styles that are close but unfortunately none that seem to be exactly the same as the Journal of the American Heart Association. It'd be great if this could be added!

In-text citation: superscript number (articles listed in numerical order)

Campbell, JL, Pedersen, OK. The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success. Comp Polit Stud. 2007;40:307–332.
**Key notes: All authors listed (no "et al"). Journal title abbreviated (no periods) and Italicized. Issue number not included. DOI not listed.

** I could not find any book example, so I cannot show the Mares citation!

Also, example for citing a website:
