format plugin different. zotero add does not work
hi, I have a different format in the add, and plugin does not work.
That is, I see that the same format appears for all people when they add a cite. The plugin appears horizontally.
In my computer it appers in this form:
............................I....Document Preferences....I....Refresh
Add/edit citation....I....Insert Bibliography.........I....Remove filed codes
............................I....Edit bibliography
I click in ADD and nothing happens.
And this format its different, it is not the same that people have
PLEASE HELP....

I clicked in "Reinstall Word Components". It was successful. But, the format does not change... and does not work...
The layout change is intended. It is the new version of the layout that has been available in Word for Windows for some time now. But obviously the plugin is supposed to work.
First, click on "Add-ins" and make sure that Zotero.dotm is visible and checked in that list. If that's the case, click on "Macros", search for the macro "Zotero.ZoteroAddEditCitation", select it and click the "Run" button. Does that work?
I dont know what is the developer...
I'll try with another computer...
Its the first time that I use zotero, but I know how zotero works
