I have a new work computer and am trying to sync with my account (I downloaded the Firefox plug-in). I checked all the settings, read https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/sync_queuing, and waited patiently for hours on several different days, but the sync icon is still spinning.

I can still see my (numerous, large) collections online and on my home computer.
