Sync is hanging

No error report because it still says "Getting updated data from sync server." It's been doing this since February 13th, but just on one computer and I think just in one Group Library. I updated zotero, no change. Zotero will be open all day every day and sync just keeps spinning. Shut down at end of day, same thing the next day. I'm using Zotero Standalone on a MacBook Pro with OS 10.11.6.
  • You have nothing queued at the moment, and a full download finished successfully about 20 minutes ago. Are you still having trouble?
  • I closed down zotero and the computer around that time and it was still hanging. Nothing has synced on that computer since February 13th.
  • Post again when you're at that computer while it's spinning, and also provide a Report ID.
  • This time when I opened zotero it ran me through conflict resolutions and now it has synced. So it is resolved. But I have seen those same conflicts several several before and I keep thinking I am clearing them.
