There are 460 items (including child items) in the library you're logged in from, though it doesn't look like you've ever synced, so those would've had to have been created using the web interface or the connector/bookmarklet saving directly to the server.
Note that neither of those are the recommended way of using Zotero. Are you sure you're not thinking of one of the Zotero clients (Zotero Standalone or Zotero for Firefox)?
