import xml/owms.xml

I'm trying to import citations from the Dutch government website into Zotero. They offer metadata of their publications in xml-format and owms-format which is based on the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI). Until now unsuccessful, is there a way to import this information as references in Zotero? An example: https://zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl/stcrt-2017-11298

There is a lot of tags in the XML, which cannot be correctly imported. Import works sufficiently to the quality level of XML data

Of course, my notes is about the content of XML files available on the web page mentioned. For example, DC.Type = "officiële publicatie" is document or report or book for Zotero or what? "DC.Source" is typically name of publication, but there it is article in legislative act. DC.Source and DC.Type is twice with different content in the XML etc.
