Upgrade StorageURGENT! How to restore my items from WebDav?

I had to re-install Firefox and Zotero in order to troubleshoot and solve an issue with Firefox. Before I used Zotero with the WebDav Sync to Box.com. I was able to re-establish the Sync to the Box.com WebDav and my Zotero library entries are there as well. However, when I'm trying to open one of the old entries (eg a Website Snapshot or a PDF), Zotero tells me that the file is not there and asks me to set a location on my harddrive where the file could be found.
All the entries should be on my Box.com WebDAV. How do I tell Zotero to restore the library from my WebDAV, including the attached Snaphots and PDFs?
(I actually need those files very urgently and I can not re-download every item manually, since I don't have access to the fulltext and citation databases that I used before any longer.)

This would be where to start, but also -- did you not make a local back-up of your Zotero library before re-installing?
