Upgrade StorageRenewal of Zotero Account from Unlimited to 6GB
I am currently on unlimited plan but would like to downgrade to 6Gb plan.
But my account does not allow me to have the option to downgrade (despite my library account showing current usage as only 9611.8 MB). Please advise how I can renew and downgrade my plan. Thank you.

2. Still you should be able to select the 6GB plan on https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage (by clicking on "Select" next to that plan on the right). What happens when you try?
