Problems Getting Full Citation with Word

Hi everyone,

I recently started using Zotero. I am having trouble getting the full chicago citation in the footnote for word. I use word for mac, 2011.

So the citation appears as
Finn, Freedom and the Future of the World.

Instead of:
Gary Finn, Freedom and the Future of the World, (Durham, N.C: Duke, 2015), 256.

I have played around with 'Default Output Format' under Preferences > Export. It is currently under Chicago (

    You set the citation style for the Word add-on under "Set DOcument Preferences" in the Zotero Word toolbar. There, you'll want "Chicago Manual of Style 16th edition (full note)" selected (the full note is key). If that's the case, please try in a new document. Even the full note style will produce shortened citations the 2nd (etc.) time you cite an item.
