Your WebDAV server returned an internal error. (BOX.com)

I am using BOX as my sync server for my library, whenever i click sync button, this error shows up (Your WebDAV server returned an internal error.).
I enabled the debug mood and here is the related error.

    We'd need the actual Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error to be able to tell you more. No need to try to excerpt the error.

    (This indicates a problem with the WebDAV server, though, not Zotero, so if you're comfortable looking at the debug output, you can just scroll up and see for yourself.)
  • sorry the debug in 10 pages or more, that's is why i did not attach the whole thing.
    secondly i did not send the report since i have a restricted access to the webpage you are uploading the file to (my .edu proxy is blocking your webpage)
  • We're not asking for any debug output, but we need a Debug ID to tell you anything more. I don't really understand — if you can access https://forums.zotero.org, I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to access https://repo.zotero.org, where the error/debug reports go. And if you can't, you also won't get translator/style updates.

    In any case, while you should fix that, if you can't, since this is a WebDAV server issue, I'd recommend just scrolling up from that error in the debug output and looking for the HTTP request that's triggering it.
  • Now i can access it. ( i just needed the https://repo.zotero.org to add it as an exception in my blocking list )
