Upgrade StorageReferences do not appear in Zotero library

References that I have entered and for which I have links to in-text citations do not appear in my library, or in the bibliography. This problem started when I added Firefox Zotero. I already had Zotero standalone for Chrome.
I also get a message that I no longer have editing privileges for a group library I once had admin privileges for, and that any changes I've made to the group will be lost. My changes are to my own library, not the group library. But it seems that they still are lost.

that wouldn't explain the group library issue, but as you say that's not the core problem right now (and you may actually have lost editing privileges, so that warning is correct).
